About L2
L2 Wellness Co. was founded by Kathryn Hollis, RN, BSN, CPT — a Registered Nurse, Marine Corps veteran, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for prevention, education, movement, nutrition, and recovery.
Her nursing background spans the intensity of working in the ICU at a Level I trauma hospital to outpatient primary care, shaping the belief that health should be supported proactively — not only addressed when something goes wrong.
That perspective continues to guide the mission of L2 Wellness: helping people take a more active role in their health through sustainable lifestyle habits, education, and recovery-focused services.
